Getting to the point
Conferences and meetings in which the participants are present have become seldom. Today, leaders increasingly have to inspire, persuade and motivate customers, audience or team in a virtual context.
But how do you communicate virtually with presence and impact? How to appear personable and communicate effectively in a video conference?
Special communication techniques are required, because most people are not used to conveying their message in front of a camera, to appear believable and to take all technical hurdles into account. The core messages have to be adapted for this format, the audience is less noticeable for the speaker, their own body language is only partially visible, every eye contact is a mere illusion. they are instructed to prepare their own message appropriately for this situation, to formulate it with presence and persuasiveness and to communicate with the other participants in video format with more commitment.
Julia Binsack prepares you and your team for performance, negotiations and discussions in the video conference as a webinar or exclusively as individual coaching.
